Problem description

When installing the SCCM server, you need to install some of the necessary components, which need to be downloaded online by default. In the actual production environment, the SCCM server may not be allowed to access the external network, even if it can access the external network, online download will not only affect the installation efficiency, but also occupy additional network bandwidth.

Solution method

We can download it in advance on a computer that has access to the external network.

1. Run setupdl.exe under the SCCM installer on this computer that has access to the extranet, the path is *\ SMSSETUP\ BIN\ X64, click Browse … Select the save path:
