Data query also benefits from the distributed MongoDB Atlas multi-cloud cluster approach. Azam says that the MongoDB core database itself routes queries to the nearest node in a distributed deployment. With multi-cloud clusters, users can now query the nearest data node, regardless of the cloud provider, to get a faster response.
