GcInactiveDestinations: true deletes inactive queues. Default is false.

Delete inactiveTimoutBeforeGC:30000 after 30 seconds of inactivity. Default is 60 seconds.

Modify activemq.xml to add attribute schedulerSupport= "true" to restart mq
