The online query is due to the fact that there is no initoracle11.ora file in the corresponding directory

Solution: query ls / opt/app/oracle/admin/oracle99/pfile

There is a file under it, init.ora.2142016151328.

Copy it to the directory "/ opt/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/db_1/dbs/" and rename it to initoracle11.ora
