Problem description:

ORA-15064: communication failure with ASM instance

ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

There is no other obvious error message in the trc file; the cluster status is normal and the 2 nodes are running normally.

4. Individuals currently suspect that there is a problem with undo and redo, but only suspect, waiting for a solution, follow-up update.
