After normal partition formatting, all the drivers installed in WIN10 Enterprise Edition are normal, only the driver of the RTX2070 graphics card can not drive properly. Cannot be recognized with third-party driver tools, and both versions 416 and 417 downloaded from the official website indicate that they are not compatible with the current system. Later, I went to NVIDIA's official website to download the driver installation of the RTX20 series. After repeated analysis, download the latest win10 version of Microsoft and install the driver normally.

The experience of this incident shows that only the latest Microsoft win10 system can support the latest NVIDIA RTX20 series graphics cards.
